- What is a private day trip with Day Trips Italia?
- A full or half day with a private vehicle and a driver who knows the route — for example Lake Como and Bellagio from Milan, the Serravalle Designer Outlet, Franciacorta, Chianti and the Val d'Orcia, or the Dolomites.
- Can a day trip start from my hotel or a private villa?
- Yes. Pickup is arranged at the address you give us — hotel, private residence, villa gate or airport.
- Are entrances, tastings or guides included?
- Transportation is the core of the service. Where an experience such as a winery visit or a boat afternoon is available through the partner network, the concierge will say so explicitly when confirming — nothing is assumed.
- Can the itinerary change during the day?
- Adjustments are handled directly with the driver or through the concierge, subject to the driver's hours agreed for the day.
